A. Work of this Project is described as a 21,530 SF fleet maintenance facility and associated office support space located at 108 N. Briery Rd., Irving TX 75061. B. Work includes general construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. C. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department would like to invite local contractors to provide competitive sealed proposals for the work outlined in the following specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to construct a new Fleet Maintenance Facility as indicated in the drawings and specifications associated with this CSP. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed at the City of Irving Briery Maintenance Yard, located at 118 N. Briery Rd. in Irving, Texas.
