Bidders must complete the Bid Form for the contract to be considered for this project, with all work associated with this bid being awarded to a single bidder. The project shall consist of but is not limited to the installation of a new traffic signal with all associated appurtenances including but not limited to pedestrian signals, stripping. This project will also , grading, preparation of subgrade, installation of graded aggregate base, placement of asphalt, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, installation of sidewalks with handicap ramps, installation of a storm drain structure, storm drainage pipes, and other items as shown on the Design Drawings. It should be noted that all work shown on the plans north of the right of way of U.S. 411 on the Evans property is NOT INCLUDED in this Bid and will be completed by others.
