The project proposes to remove and replace existing sewer trunk lines on Kansas Avenue and Market Street in the City of Riverside. To Accompany Plans S-2170 Any questions, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical, about this Bid must be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's Electronic Bidding System . All written questions posted on the City's electronic bidding website, and Proposers identified as "Prospective Bidders" on the City's website will receive a notification via email. The final date and time to submit questions shall be 10 days prior to the bid opening date. Please refer to the website above for the bid opening date. Proposal Guaranty in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above.
