Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of Sediment From the Lodgepole Creek Flood Ditch. The City of Sidney, Lodgepole Creek flood ditch has accumulated sediment build up on approximately 3/4 of an acre associated with storm water run-off. The sediment build up is between the 11th and 13th street bridges (see map). The Supplier shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, traffic control and incidentals as required to perform storm sediment removal, down to the original grade of the Lodgepole Creek flood ditch. The Suppler will be responsible for transporting the sediment to an offsite storage yard approximately 1.25 miles away from the work site (see map.) The supplier will be responsible for smooth grading of the site once the sediment has been removed so City staff can seed the disturbed area.
