Confirmed with owner prior to programming. .2System equipment and cabling shall be completely independent of owner LAN. Provide all equipment and devices as necessary. .3The work covered by this project consists of the provision of all plant, labour, materials, and equipment necessary for complete performance of the work, including but not necessarily limited to: The supply installation, programming, testing and commissioning of an Internet Protocol based Video Surveillance System. Plant, materials, and equipment not specified but necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work in order to provide a complete and fully functioning system shall be deemed to be included in the total tendered price and shall be provided at no additional cost. .4In addition, this Contractor is responsible for supply and installation of conduit/boxes/supports required for UTP and low voltage cables. All camera cabling to be Cat 6 or fiber optic where indicated and installed in pathways as indicated in Section Section 27 05 28- Pathways for Communications Systems, and Section 27 20 00 - Voice and Data Communications. .5Provide data patch panels and patch cords as required to meet the requirements of Section 27 20 00- Voice and Data Communications. .6Connect cameras to locations as required ensuring cable length of 90m or less. 2 Equipment: to consist of, but not be limited to the following: .1 Fixed network cameras and lenses. .2 Digital PTZ network cameras and lenses (indoor and outdoor rated). .3 Video Management Server. .4 Network Switches. .5 Desktop Monitor .6 Uninterruptible power supplies .7All ancillary wiring, connectors, conduit, clamps, brackets, cables, etc. necessary for the complete installation. .8 Installation and testing of all equipment. .9Installation and testing of all required hardware and software for network monitoring. .10 Patch Panels .11 Equipment Rack .12 Patch Cables .13 Training of Owners staff in the operation of all equipment.
