Lump sum GWP 6109-20-00: Hwy 11, 20km west of the Thunder Bay/Cochrane District Boundary westerly for 25km in Unsurveyed Territory in the District of Thunder Bay. Project Scope
The Scope of Work Includes All Work Necessary to Deliver This Assignment as Described in the Rfq Documents. The Service Provider Shall Plan, Design and Construct All Work in Conformance With Ministry of Transportation Standards, Criteria and Requirements Any Area Directives or Specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As Well, When Providing Services Under This Agreement, the Service Provider Shall Comply With All Applicable Legislation, Regulatory Standards, Industry Best Management Practices, and Other Guidelines and Procedures Relevant to Conduct the Work. The Service Provider Shall Also Consult Any Existing Applicable Mto Guidance Documents as Appropriate. In the Event of Any Conflict or Inconsistency Between Documents, Documents With the Most Recent Dates Shall Prevail.
This Assignment Includes Work That is in a French Language Services Designated Area. The Service Provider Must Comply With All Provisions of the French Language Services Act, Including but Not Limited to Third Party Regulation 284/11.
The Ministry Retains the Exclusive Right to Add "Extra Work" to This Rfq Assignment. All Provisions of This Rfq Shall Apply to the Extra Work. Background
The Ministry Requires That a Service Provider, Specializing in Engineering Surveys, Perform Topographic Surveys of the Described Locations and Supply the Required Digital Plans, Profiles, Horizontal and Vertical Control Information, and Digital Terrain Models:

4.3 Technical Services Required
Survey Coverage Shall Begin at 12+600 as Shown on Plan B-494855-11-3 and End at 14+872.887 as Shown on B-494853-11-4.
Survey Coverage of the Highway Shall Extend to 10 Metres Beyond the Edge of Road Improvements Laterally. The Edge of Road Improvements Shall Include of the Top of Earth or Rock Cut, Back of Ditch or Curb, or Toe of Fill Slope.
