Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eldon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,723-square-foot swimming pool.
Eldon Aquatic Center Pool Bid Package The City of Eldon is seeking professional services for the sandblasting, painting, and cleaning of the Eldon Aquatic Center. This will include the internal and external surfaces of the pool. Pool Dimensions: Shallow Play Area: 3601 sq. ft., Plunge Area: 618 sq. ft., Lap Swimming Area: 2436 sq. ft., Diving Area: 1058 sq. ft., Total Pool Surface Area: 7723 sq. ft. Scope of work includes: o Sandblasting of entire internal and external surface areas o Painting of all internal and external surface areas o Cleaning of all internal and external surface areas o Removal of depth indicator stenciling o Restenciling of depthindicators o Removal of overflow grates o Reinstalling of overflow grates o Sandblasting and painting of overflow gutters Requirements: Contractor must provide liability insurance and documentation of all employees working on Eldon Aquatic Center Pool job. Contractor must provide documentation of Prevailing Wage compliance. Contractor must provide documentation of warranty for all work performed and materials used. Contractor is responsible for all cleanup of work area and disposal of all materials.
