Renovation of a mixed-use development in Post, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 1, 2024, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bid Attributes It is the intent of the District to purchase 6 modular homes to be set on property already owned by Post Independent School District. The base bid of this request for proposal shall be for the purchase, delivery and setting of 6 modular homes. The alternates to this bid include an option for steel roofing of said structures, preparation of pad sites for said structures, extension of electrical infrastructure, extension of water and sewer infrastructure, gross site work to level, fill and grade property, and the creation of an improved driving surface for ingress and egress of all sites. Respondents may submit proposals for any or all components of this RFP. Applicable Specifications The District is seeking modular homes with the following minimum specifications: o New Condition o Greater than or equal to 1,200 square feet o Minimum Length of 36 feet o Minimum width of 24 feet Please delineate between the following packets in your response, where applicable. Packet A - Modular Homes, purchased and delivered Packet A (alternate) - Metal Roof option Packet B - Water and Sewer Utility Infrastructure Packet C - Electrical Utility Infrastructure Packet D - Gross Site Preparation Packet E - Pad Preparation for each unit Packet F - Surface improvement for parking at each unit Packet G - Road preparation for ingress and egress of overall site Question Deadline: March 6, at 2:00 PM (CST)
