Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Reroof Specifications Approximately 148 squares of shingles to be replaced. The contractor is responsible for verifying. Recover existing shingles. Install new wide-face metal (not Aluminum) drip edge Six nails required per shingle. High profile 8" rapid ridge Prior to submitting a proposal, each contractor shall examine and thoroughly familiarize themselves with all the existing conditions, including all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations that may affect the work. Contractors shall visit the site and ascertain by any reasonable means all conditions that might affect the work.
