Two-year contract for the maintenance of Port Authority Dredge Material Placement Areas and property including the following: conduct weekly and monthly site inspections and reporting, mowing and edging of grass, vegetation control, tire/trash/waste pick-up and disposal, mosquito control, total suspended solids monitoring and board removal, monitor no-trespassing signage, monitoring for 60 days after placement of dredged material, attend community meetings as needed, and provide transportation for PHA staff to the DMPA sites. The Response and all required documents shall remain valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Response Due Date. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Responses. The Work is to be completed: within 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Questions and Clarifications: All technical questions and requests for clarification pertaining to the Proposal Documents shall be submitted, at least seven (7) calendar days before the Response is due, using the Port Authority’s BuySpeed eProcurement System. Bonds Required: Statutory Performance Statutory Payment, Proposal Security (5% of greatest amount proposed)
