Bids May Be Held by The Municipality of Shenango Township for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From The Date of Opening of the Bids, for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of the Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract or Rejecting Any or All Bids.
