Vision Mechanical, Inc - Plumbing Subcontractor but award amount not confirmed. Mount Penn Primary Center Renovations. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bidding Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, naming as Obligee Antietam School District. Prospective Bidders are advised that this Project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act including amendments and supplements thereto. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in Bids, or to reject all Bids or parts thereof.
