Saving Project...

Renovation of a day care center in Washington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,624-square-foot, two-story above grade day care center.

**As of June 10, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Work includes General, Site, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical work to be constructed under one Single prime contract for the renovations of the existing two story facility located at 300 E. 10th St, Washington, NC 27889. A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. The City of Washington, NC reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This information is available in Spanish or any other language upon request.
