Question Deadline 03/14/2024 This section identifies the various Alternates to be bid as part of this project. It describes the general changes to be included in the project if the Alternate is made a part of the Work. The Alternates can only be made part of the Work by specific inclusion in the OwnerContractor Agreement or by Change Order. B. Each Alternate will be reviewed by the Owner and the Architect and either accepted or rejected at the Owner's decision. C. Alternate Bid prices shall remain in effect for 90 days beyond date of execution of the OwnerContractor Agreement. D. Alternate Bid prices shall be included in the spaces provided on the Bid Form. All Alternates must be bid, or the Bid may be rejected. E. Owner retains all rights to choose any one, combination of, or none of the alternates. 1.02 DESCRIPTION OF ALTERNATES A. ALTERNATE #2 - RESINOUS FLOORING Provide cost for all necessary work, labor, materials and equipment for Resinous Flooring (EPF-1, EPF-2 & EPF-3) in Rooms 101, 102 and 107. Base Bid shall be Sealed Concrete in these Rooms. This Alternate shall be an ADD to the Base Bid. Provide cost in appropriate location on Bid Form.
