Reference Number 0000344748 The City of Delta is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the A Street Reconstruction project from 1020 A Street to East 16th Street and Pioneer Rd. A map of the project area is included in this invitation for bid. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/22/2024 02:00 PM MT All questions regarding the meaning or intent of this IFB are to be emailed to Dave Hood, City of Delta Engineer, at davidhood@cityofdelta.net. For each project, the Contract Time for substantial completion of all required work shall be 90 calendar days from the date the Notice To Proceed is signed by the City of Delta. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced as per dates in the Notice to Proceed and completed no later than 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Delta City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Delta, Colorado.
