Separate sealed proposals for the General Construction of Renovations to the Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation Transitional Housing . As of July 30, 2024, construction had commenced mid-June 2024. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Proposals must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid Bond on Document AIA A-310. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the Owner with a 100% performance and material payment bond.
