Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items for the Drainage Improvements, located at Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to: The construction of storm water drainage infrastructure improvements located in Seaboard Cargo Yard as described and shown on the drawings. Including but not limited to associated demolition, site clearing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, paving, fencing, storm drainage piping, collection structures, junction structures, pollution control structures, temporary and/or permanent relocation of existing facilities, drainage wells, utilities, utilities adjustment, modification to existing structures, concrete work, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, daily litter control, final cleanup of construction work to Owners satisfaction and other appurtenances and miscellaneous items and work for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation of the proposed drainage system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Written communications must be in the form of e-mail addressed to Frank Ramirez at sprfi@miamidade.gov with a copy to the Clerk of the Board at clerkbcc@miamidade.gov and a copy to Alexander.Shepard@miamidade.gov. RPQs are NOT SBE-Con 100% Set-aside solicitation, however the RPQ may be assigned a SBE-Con Trade seta side and goal. The SBE-Con Trade-aside and goal if applicable will be will be stipulated on the RPQ and the Invitation to Bid or in the Project's Solicitation Documents.
