Property Mowing Services consisting of approximately 31.60 total acres of Township-owned land including Open Spaces, Basins, and Right-of-Ways. All work shall be in accordance with Limerick Township General Provisions and Technical Specifications. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. It is the intent to award this project as a single contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof as they may deem necessary and in the best interest of Limerick Township.
