The City of Tarpon Springs, Florida, is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide underground utility rehabilitation and construction services. Work will be done on an as needed basis. Bid Bond $20,000.00 Question Deadline 03/08/2024 All questions or requests for additional information are required to be in writing and may be emailed to purchasing@ctsfl.us. The term of this contract will be for a three (3) year initial period from the date of contract execution. The City reserves the right to extend this Agreement under the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional two-year (2-year) period from the date of expiration provided such extension is mutually agreeable to both the City and Contactor(s). Total duration of this contract, including the exercise of renewal options, shall not exceed 60 months. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts of bids, waive minor informalities, and request rebids on the material or services described in the ITB. The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities.
