2024/03/27 12:00:00 AM EDT Cornwall Community Hospital invites proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services to conduct an analysis of the current heating system serving the 840 McConnell location. As Part of Investigative Work Associated With the Development of the Report, the Successful Proponent Shall Engage Facility Management Personnel as Applicable, in Order to:
Review All Aspects (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Etc.) and Specifications of Existing Hot Water Heating Infrastructure;
Evaluate the Performance of the Existing Hot Water Heating Equipment;
Conduct a Physical Inspection of Existing Heat Generating Equipment in Order to Assess
Condition and Estimate Remaining Equipment Life Review Existing Equipment Currently Connected to Cch's Steam Boiler Plant .refer to Appendix B
Additionally, as Part of the Investigative Work Associated With the Development of the Economic
Analysis Report, the Successful Proponent Shall:
Review Current Cdh Contract Terms for the Supply of Hot Water Heat;
Estimate the Hot Water Heating Costs of Operating the Proposed New Heating Plant;
Estimate the Improvement in Energy Efficiency and Reduction in Emissions Over the Current Systems Serving the Hospital's Heating and Steam Requirements.
A Copy of the Existing Contract Terms and Conditions Between Cch and Fortis Regarding the Supply of Hot Water for Heat for Each Facility Shall Be Provided to the Successful Proponent. Additionally, Heating Invoices From Previous Years of Operation for Each Facility Shall Be Made Available for Review. Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $5,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death and damage to property including loss of use thereof. Such insurance coverage shall be in the name of the goods and/or services Supplier and shall name CCH as an additional insured thereunder.
