The work under this Contract consists of all labor, material and equipment required for the replacement of the damaged precast concrete coping on the sheet pile bulkhead wall at Croton Point Park, which resulted from Hurricane Ida storm. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. REMINDER: All required licenses should be submitted with the Bid. The Laws of the County of Westchester, it is the goal of the County to use its best efforts to encourage, promote, and increase the participation of business enterprises owned and controlled by persons of color or women - Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). Bid range: $ 375,000.00 to $ 400,000.00 . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
