Construction Management at Risk Services for Habersham County Animal Control Facility and Fire/EMS Headquarters Habersham County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for construction management at risk (CMAR) services for a new animal control facility that will be constructed first and a new fire/EMS headquarters administration building that will be constructed at a later date. Design Services have already been engaged on these new facilities. Animal Control Facility: CMAR services will include pre-construction and construction services for this new 16,000 square foot, single- story animal control facility. Refer to Exhibit C for current Design Development documents from the Architect. Fire/EMS Headquarters Administration Building: CMAR services will only include pre-construction services at this time for this proposed new 31,000 square foot multi-story facility. Three major county divisions to reside in this new facility will be as follows: Emergency Services Administration Headquarters (Fire and EMS), 911 Communications Center and Emergency Management Agency (EMA). Refer to Exhibit D for current floor plans and program information from the Architect. All proposals shall constitute, for a period of 90 calendar days, an irrevocable offer to provide the goods/services set forth in the specification and proposal.
