The Project consists of rehabilitating approximately 1,300 feet of 8 inch sewer and seven manholes. Sealed bids for the construction of the Hillside Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation Project will be received by the Town of Granite Falls, at the Town Office, 30 Park Square, Granite Falls, NC 28630, until 2:00 PM local time on April 23, 2024, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of rehabilitating approximately 1,300 feet of 8- inch sewer and seven manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the bid form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CHA Consulting, 6592 Bob White Trail, Stanley, NC 28164. Electronic copies ofthe Bidding Documents may be obtained at no charge from the Issuing Office by calling CHA Consulting at 704.822.8444. Printed copies are not available. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available.
