Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Replace existing heat pump, split system with new DX dedicated outdoor air system at the Miller Poultry Batter House. Work to include but not limited to the following items: Demolition of existing heat pump systems and related ductwork throughout, replacement of HVAC units along with the installation of associated duct work, natural gas humidifiers, duct mounted heaters, controls, and new concrete equipment pads; application of new insulation in existing partition walls and exterior walls; installation of new wall and ceiling electrical outlets in each battery room; alterations to battery room doors A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
