A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasure's check, payable to the County of Onondaga, or cash, in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into . The City of Syracuse reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
