Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Sechelt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,100-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Regional District is seeking proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced firms to participate in the design process, and to provide construction administration and management services for the development of a new community hall (the "Project") in Connor Park located at 8108 Northwood Road, Halfmoon Bay, BC. The Project has an approximate budget of $2.7 million including contingency for the Construction Management/Construction components. The Regional District will be entering into a separate agreement for design and professional services which is excluded from the $2.7 million. The Project will aim to leverage a cohesive design-build team to produce a community hall/space that is inviting to the public, functional in its design, and provides maximum value for the budget. The construction of the Project should have minimal impact on the natural environment in which it is to be sited, and the lifecycle operations of the Project should be designed for efficiency and simplicity Question Deadline 03/22/2024
