A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The Town of Smithfield is seeking Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI) for professional consulting services for Planning and Design services for CMAQ and CRP Project BN_0001 for the installation of an 8' Multi-use trail along US 70 Business (W Market ST) from Wilson's Mill Rd to Neuse River bridge in Smithfield. Subconsultants are permitted under this contract. View complete documents. This contract shall be partially reimbursed with Federal-aid funding through the North Carolina Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the Department). The solicitation, selection, and negotiation of a contract shall be conducted in accordance with all Department requirements and guidelines.
