Installation of new air supply lines to Aeration Ponds No. 1 and No. 2. Removal and proper disposal of all wastewater, sludge, sediment, grit, debris, vegetation, etc. from Aeration Ponds No. 1 and No. 2. Rehabilitation of existing Aeration Ponds No. 1 and No. 2 by reshaping clay liners, installation of leak detection systems, and installation of synthetic membrane liners. Removal and replacement of aeration systems within Aeration Ponds No. 1 and No. 2. Removal and replacement of three (3) slide gates within existing Aeration Pond Splitter Box. Removal and replacement of mechanical bar screen within existing Headworks structure. Construction of new utility transformer foundation and appurtenances to facilitate electrical service capacity upgrade.
