Project Narrative: Install two (2) new Omron PLC processors or equivalent with software on them, these two new processors shall communicate with the existing Omron PLC system that is already in place. We have also included upgrading your existing two (2) control stations to our latest Syntinel or equivalent software. The proposal should include a new data logging server as part of the proposal. All other systems shall remain in place and our system shall fully integrate with them. Besides material, proposals should include design documentation, engineering, demolition of unnecessary equipment, installation and termination of head-end and field devices, validation testing, owner training, and final documentation. Description of Security Electronics Systems: Control Locations Proposer shall upgrade the two (2) existing control stations in housing control with two (2) new control stations utilizing Syntinel or equivalent software. The two control stations shall consist of a new computer and a new 24" multi-touch touch screen monitor so that the facility has the ability to utilize our latest pinch and zoom feature. The SMS data-recording engine should log security commands made within the detention facility as they happen. It should provide facility administrators the ability to monitor and review all operational aspects of the Security Automation System and its operations. The intent is that by recording all actions of the system, it provides Warren County with greater liability protection and accountability. The following features should be included as part of the SMS server: Real-time auto-refresh Log username/Syntinel name Event color control View events by area or device Web clients for remote viewing Full SQL Server (unlimited database) RAID config on server Secure Gateway (for remote service) PLC & Door Control Head-end Proposer should include two (2) new PLC processors as part of this upgrade. The two new processors shall communicate with Warren County's existing PLC system and allow our new control stations to control all existing controlled/monitored doors, gates and any other device currently controlled by your PLC system. Project Timing and Delivery Project should be complete within 12 months of award.
