This project is approximately 1.5 miles in length and will include a mill and overlay of the current roadway, storm drainage improvements, upgrades to street lighting and ADA ramps, removal/replacement of curb and sidewalk as needed, signing, and pavement markings. The project also includes major signal upgrades at 65 th Street, and upgrades for pedestrian signal and radar detection at 71 st Street. Clarifications or exceptions are not allowed on the Bid. Bids received after the time and date specified for receipt of Bids will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body.
