The project defined by these documents consists of a single construction contract and includes (but is not limited to the following): interior demolitions and interior renovations and improvements indicated to take place within ta small portion of the Main Level of the Sorority house as necessary to improve the aesthetic, interior, design of the existing Entry Foyer and Living Room. These interior renovations shall include but not necessarily be limited to: Removal of the existing gypsum board ceiling in the foyer and replacement with a new gypsum board ceiling design of a coffered style with gypsum board bulkheads; gypsum board ceilings, and a glass fiber reinforced gypsum board dome at the central chandelier. The interior foyer renovations shall also include construction of new furred gypsum board arched bulkheads beneath existing horizontal bulkheads which lead from the Foyer into the adjacent Dining and Living Rooms. New interior wood and flexible trim crown and cornice mouldings; New gypsum board pilasters and arched bulkheads adjacent to the stair case. Removal and replacement of existing lighting fixtures and/or new fixtures as indicated in the drawings.
