The Proposed Contract Would Be 2 Years and Include 1 Optional Year. Period of Contract / Delivery Date The Period of the Contract is From May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2026 Inclusive. The Contractor Grants to Canada the Irrevocable Option to Extend the Term of the Contract by Up to One (1) Additional One (1) Year Period(S) Under the Same Conditions. The Crown Retains the Right to Negotiate With Suppliers on Any Procurement.
