Reference Number 0000344600 Charter Township of Clinton 600 Building Roof Replacement. Scope of work Remove existing roof ballast rock Remove existing EPDM membrane Remove all wet insulation. Replace all wet insulation with same type of iso insulation to match current height. Mechanically attach existing and new insulation to metal deck. Adhere 1/2 " dens deck cover board insulation, stagger all joints. Install new PowerPly Heavy Duty base sheet adhered in cold PowerPly adhesive. Install new PowerPly Standard FR (fire rated) Cap sheet adhered in PowerPly adhesive. Install new perimeter, curb, drains and penetrations flashing. Install new flashing at scupper and trim with new 24-gauge Kynar painted metal. Install new 24-gauge Kynar painted standing seam metal perimeter metal.
