Sealed bid proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors by Bridgeport Spaulding Community Schools for Door Repairs & Replacements for the District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals, which they feel to be in their own best interest. Bridgeport-Spaulding Community Schools will award the contract on or about March 13, 2024 Requests by Contractors for inclusion as Bidders shall be addressed to the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor at Bridgeport-Spaulding Community Schools. The project consists of replacement and repair of doors at all three schools. Pricing includes costs for materials, installation of glazing, special lite doors and aluminum frames. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
