The Committee is seeking an overall assessment report of Turtle Lake to get a clear understanding of the current state and to guide and prioritize future stewardship activities while identifying potential problems and concerns. The Committee seeks a comprehensive report for understanding based upon past and current conditions, utilizing a holistic approach communicated through key performance indicators. The report will assist the Committee to align future plans with current conditions including but not limited to, development, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements. The Committee recognizes that each stakeholder is unique and that the information provided will be a broad-scale document that will serve as an effective tool to guide decision making. This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Committee to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the budgeting purposes of the Committee for submitting an application to the Targeted Sector Support ("TSS") Grant in May 2024. The proposals are to include a detailed breakdown of values between the different outcomes of the report as per TSS guidelines. This RFP is solely for budgeting purposes for the grant application and will not be awarded based on the proposals. Formal tendering processes will be undertaken to award a successful proponent in the future.
