Questions will be due by March 15, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. This Is a sealed bidding solicitation. A bid opening will be conducted through virtual means. All offerors who submitted a bid can attend the bid opening. Each bid will be opened and recorded. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The project consists of the pickup from NFSR 7281 Poplar Cove Rd (Location Shown on Plans Sheet 3), delivery to NFSR 6262 (Location Shown on Plans Sheet 2), off-loading, installation, and site work associated with the setting of the bridge as shown on sheet 11. Specific work items include but are not limited to: construction survey and staking, soil erosion and pollution control, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, aggregate placement and compaction, roadway reconditioning, prefabricated bridge install, equipment rental, timber mat installation, seeding mulching and fertilizing, and all other items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
