Description Estimate $57,731 Scope of Work Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing service pedestals supplying homes as indicated, provide new pedestal and footing, and other tasks as listed in the bid documents. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage. Friendly Village Mobile Home Park, 18425 NE 95th St., Redmond, WA 98025 a. Base Bid: Note 1 - Units 56 & 206. b. Base Bid: Notes 2, 3, 4 & 5 - Units 182, 183 & 189 c. Unit Cost Alternate Allowance (Included in Base Bid Amount): Note 6 - Units 19, 54, 184 & 222 (See Section 1.7 - Unit Costs for details.) d. Totals: Base Bid Includes 5 Units, Unit Cost Alternate Allowance Includes 4 Units for a total of 9 units in Base Bid. e. Other Units may be added as additional Unit Cost Alternates but are not included in Base Bid. (Units 32, 75, 86, 90, 92, 108, 140, 177 &178) (See Section 1.7 - Unit Costs for details.) WORK SEQUENCE A. The Work shall be completed in 60 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. PREVAILING WAGES A. Contractor shall pay no less than the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) prevailing rate of wages to all workers, laborers, or mechanics employed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance with RCW 39.12 and the rules and regulations of L&I. The schedule of prevailing wage rates for the locality or localities of the Work is determined by the Industrial Statistician of L&I. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify the applicable prevailing wage rate. 1. L&I prevailing wage rates may be found at website 2. The Owner has determined that the work does Not meet the definition of residential construction. 3. The prevailing wage rates publication date is determined by the bid due date. 4. The work is to be performed in King County. 5. A copy of the prevailing wage rates is available at KCHA. 6. A copy of the prevailing wage rates may be mailed on request.
