Please refer to the bid tabulation for detailed results** The City of Westbrook, Maine is seeking proposals from qualified paving contractors to perform paving work on local roads throughout the City. The work consists of paving approximately 7,845 LF in 2024 on the following roadways: Austin Street, Beechwood Avenue, Bell Street, Emery Street, Everett Street, Falmouth Street, Walker Street and Woodmont Street. The 2025 work consists of paving approximately 12,346 LF on the following local roadways: Arlington Avenue, Edna Joy Lane, Methodist Road, Prospect Street, Teri Circle, West Pleasant Street, and West Valentine Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. To be considered a responsive Bidder, the Contractorshall have obtained at least one set of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Bid will not be awarded to a Bidder unless a record for obtaining at least one set of Bidding Documents exists in the Issuing Office. To meet this requirement and to establish the record of receipt, a prospective Bidder must obtain Bidding Documents using the name that is to appear on the Bid Form. All questions shall be directed, in writing, to Katherine Kelley at least three (3) business days before the opening date. Questions received after this time will not be addressed. Responses from the City that substantially alter this RFP will be issued in the form of a written addendum to all those that have expressed interest in the project. Oral explanations or interpretations given before the award of contract will not be binding.
