Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monte Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The TNRD is requesting submissions for professional Design-Build services for the detailed design and construction of a new Monte Creek Firehall at 1257 Hook Road, Monte Creek BC. The objective is to obtain Design-Build services, to facilitate the design and construction of a Firehall Facility in Monte Creek, BC, incorporating a functional layout that accommodates but is not limited to the following on a 1-acre property: - Secure two pull through bays for firetrucks - Washroom and shower amenities - Administrative office - Gear/change room - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) room - Mechanical/Electrical room - Accommodation for future back up power generator - Designed post disaster requirements - Staff parking (gravel surface) - Janitor closet - Onsite Sewage System - Electrical and mechanical main components - Well completion - Piping to and from underground reservoir tanks. Two 3500 gal tanks will be supplied & installed by TNRD. A 1" supply line is required to fill the tank and a 4"suction return line is required back to one of the bays in the building.
