Renovation of a residential development in Wappingers Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Roof Replacement - Queen Anne. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the scope of work and the specifications for Asphalt Shingle Roofing Systems. Work is to be completed within 45 days of award, unless modified. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. No scraps are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of the roof, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent or designee. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove existing shingles down to original decking, remove gutters and downspouts. 2. Replace decking and fascia (aluminum wrapped, color matched) where necessary with appropriate size and grade. 3. Install 6' of ice and water shield on eaves and 3' on rakes and valleys. 4. Install new synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, counterflashing, pipe boots, exhaust vents, starter shingles, and 30-year architectural shingles, and ridge vent. 5. All shingles to be installed with high wind nailing pattern. 6. Supply and install new roof edge drainage system per attached specs, connecting to existing drains where available; otherwise provide 6' leaders away from foundation.
