Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations for the removal, replacement, installation and delivery of one (1) 5-ton air handler and heat pump condenser units at the Mills Center located at 650 Mills Dr., Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include all material, equipment, labor and/or services required to complete this project as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. It is strongly recommended that vendors register with Ion Wave Technologies as soon as possible to ensure your ability to provide a response to this solicitation by the due date and time. If you have any issues with Ion Wave Technologies setup or navigation call the Purchasing Agent at (417) 991-2321. The completion date for this project shall be no later than the date set forth by the total number of calendar days to complete the work provided by the bidder in the bid packet upon the executed "Notice to Proceed". A $200.00 per day penalty will be assessed to the supplier if this project is not completed. If an extension is needed to complete this project due to a change order, it will be done by a signed change order by the owner and supplier. Question Deadline 03/11/2024 at 12:00 PM CT
