Questions and concerns must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the Bid Packet due date. All questions are to be submitted through the online portal Scope of Work General Overview 1. Retrofit 1,213 florescent lighting fixtures with LED lamps and bulbs. Does not include 13 lights in the Council/Court area that have already been retrofitted. 2. Selected contractor shall provide all necessary tools, materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work. This is to be a turnkey project with all aspects completed by the selected contractor. 3. Contractor must obtain necessary permits and inspections prior to starting and during the work. The City will waive the fees for City permits.
