This project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to apply Seal Coat (GSB-M) to approximately 29,900 square yards of roadway. Work includes traffic control and supplying and laying down Seal Coat (GSB-M). All work, materials and installation shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, Middleton Supplemental Specifications and the ISPWC. All bids shall be submitted on the prescribed bid form and in the manner indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Engineers estimate: $101,000-$121,000. The City of Middleton reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder; to postpone the acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days; to award a portion of the bid using alternates or schedules; or to reject any and all the bids received and further advertise the project for bids. The bid will be awarded to only one contractor. The City of Middleton may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon the finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
