Tying into and installing a valve on the existing buried concentrate force main. . Installing buried piping that will divert the flow from continuing to the existing outfall structure. . Installing exposed piping and a tangential drop structure for concentrate flow to rise and fall. . Installing a buried deaeration chamber through which flow will tie into the City's sanitary sewer system through the installation of a new manhole. All Bids Must Include A Bid Guaranty, As Described In The Instructions To Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within 60 Days After The Opening; The City Of Lancaster, Ohio Reserves The Right To Waive Irregularities, Reject Any Or All Bids, And Conduct Necessary Investigations To Determine Bidder Responsibility. This Is A Federal Davis-bacon Prevailing Wage Rate Project. The Project Also Includes Minority Business/women's Business Goals As Set Forth In The Contract Documents. This Project Will Be Funded In Part By American Recovery Plan Act Funds.
