Bid and Performance Bonds With Certificate of Insurance Shall Be Furnished as Specified in Instructions to Bidders. The Estimated Cost for the Contract is Greater Than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) And the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Shall Apply.
