Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Petaluma, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,433-square-foot military facility.

This DSquare-AAK JV Design-Build, U.S. Coast Guard task order consists of (1) Base Bid CLIN plus (4) Bid Option CLINS, along with (4) Unit Pricing Line Items (See CLIN Schedule File). The main scope for the base bid includes replacing of fenestration systems, including a new HVAC system. Also included are refurbishing of bathrooms, creating internal space for PPE Storage/Turnout Gear area, while establishing a transition space between the Apparatus Bays & Living Spaces. The Bid Options include refurbishing the Kitchen, Resinious Flooring in various areas, adding a new Fitness Room & expanding parking for vehicles. The project is Prevailing Wage & duration is 275 days. The Government is requiring Contractors to hold their pricing for 120 days. Submitting a proposal acknowledges these pricing requirements, along with acceptance of our subcontract agreement (it is uploaded for your review). All questions regarding this project whether during or after the site visit must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing by email. Offerors are cautioned that, regardless of any remarks, clarifications, or responses given at the site visit, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless they are changed in writing by solicitation amendment. It is the responsibility of each Offeror, prior to proposing, to seek clarification of any ambiguity in the specifications, drawings, solicitation, and any amendments to the solicitation. Project site is located at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Petaluma Building 201, TRACEN Petaluma Fire Station, Petaluma, CA.
