SCOPE OF WORK Maintenance and repair will include labor, parts, tools, equipment, miscellaneous materials and supervision to facilitate the general maintenance, standard repair and emergency repair of irrigation systems for the City. All work must be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Margaret Allen-Elkanick, via email at Margaret.Elkanick@cincinnati-oh.gov. The materials/services shall be delivered, as ordered, during the period beginning on the effective start date of the contract and ending twelve (12) months after the effective date of the contract. OPTIONAL RENEWAL PERIOD(S) At the sole discretion of the City the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional (12) twelvemonth periods ending approximately thirty-six (36) months from the effective date.
