Sealed bids for OMB/DFM Contract No. MJ1002000068 – DSP Troop 3 Special Operations Hanger, will be received by the State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, at 122 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. South, Dover, Delaware 19901 until 2:00PM local time on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room. Project involves, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 7,560 SF parking structure for the storage of vehicles for the Delaware State Police: Troop 3. Site work includes preparing site for new foundation walls and slab, providing finish grading for building, stormwater management, design for new parking lot for 30 parking spaces, and extend perimeter fencing around hangar and paved areas around it. Alternate #1 is to increase the building square footage to 8,778 SF and provide 28 parking spaces. Alternate #2 is to increase the building to 9,996 SF and provide 26 parking spaces. Alternate #3 is expansion of the existing parking lot to add 24 parking stalls and associated drive aisles. See drawings for more information on scope of work for all trades. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 2:00PM at the Delaware State Police Troop 3, 3759 South State Street, Camden, Delaware, 19934 for the purpose of establishing the listing of subcontractors and to answer questions.
