The Town of Darien is seeking sealed bids from licensed firms for the Landscape and Maintenance Contract at Great Island. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be in writing and directed to the Owner. Responses to necessary interpretations or clarifications will be issued via Addenda to all parties listed as recipients. Questions submitted within seven (7) days of Bid opening may not receive responses. Only Addenda responses are binding; oral clarifications hold no legal weight. Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, or change the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by Owner. Such surety must also be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated bid. Performance and Labor and Material (Payment) Bonds provided by a company authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Connecticut equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the award. The Town of Darien reserves the right to reject any and all bids
