1. Disconnect and cap all utility lines, including electric, gas, water, and sewer. 2. Raze existing structure(s) and remove all construction materials and debris from site. 3. Remove all loose debris, liter, trash, refuse, overgrowth, etc. from lot area. 4. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including but not limited to asbestos abatement. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 5. Back fill all disturbed areas as may be necessary to restore and to match to original grade. 6. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass, and mulch with straw. The City of Princeton, West Virginia will be seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors for demolition of structures, located at the following addresses: 117 Lincoln Street 250 Earlie Street 403 N.
